Jackson Mahomes’ Sexual Assault Case
Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson Mahomes was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in February. A grainy footage shows Jackson grabbing a woman in a restaurant by her throat and forcefully kissing her.
He was accused of sexually and physically abusing the owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park on February 25, attempting to forcefully kiss her several times. The 40-year-old woman made the accusations against him, leading to his charges of three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one misdemeanor battery. The owner stated, “He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere.”
Jackson’s attorney, Brandan Davies, however, denied all claims. “Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses,” the lawyer said. “We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”
The victim, who chose not to be identified, has not received justice yet. And there are high doubts if she will receive the support she needs, now that her abuser is a part of the Swift Squad.

Taylor Swift Is Now A Part Of The Mahomes Family
Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are undoubtedly very close to each other as they are both playing for the same team. Now with Taylor’s entry, she has joined the squad and seems to be best friends with Brittany Mahomes- Jackson’s sister-in-law.
During the assault case, Brittany fiercely supported Jackson and said, “They are ignorant. He is a human just trying to live his life and find his way and until you walk a day in his shoes (which no one ever will) you have no right to say s–t about him So it’s best to just shut up.”
After Travis and Taylor started dating, she pretty much joined the Swift club and is frequently seen hanging out with Taylor. Many fans are upset at Taylor for being friends with and supporting an abuser, more so because she herself has been a victim of sexual assault and has fought for the justice of other women.

The Mahomes family is getting positive PR and headlines- all thanks to Swift. Because of this, the sexual assault allegations have calmed down for a while, and there are now fewer chances that the victim will ever get justice.
