I feel like whenever it rains, it pours,” the model shared. She was also dealing with her ailing parents in private.
The model has taken up a number of strategies or better methods to deal with what she has been living through. “With all the different twists and turns that life takes, all we can do is the best we can given what happens in our surroundings,” she said to People. The runway star had practiced meditation, gone on walks, and exercised regularly with good food to support her during these hard times.

Gisele Bündchen admits to feeling better in her 40s than in her 20s. Giving up alcohol had brought about a major change in the life of the supermodel. “It’s socially accepted to have a glass of wine. And people even say, ‘Oh, it’s healthy for you.’ Well, it is not healthy for me. If you want to ask of your body what I ask of my body, which is a lot, I can’t be having all these things, because they add up,” the supermodel referred to the consumption of alcohol and caffeine.
Meditation has also helped Bündchen observe her situations and emotions. The style icon has also decided to put herself on top of her priority list. She emphasizes that self-love is not a selfish thing. “When you feel good, you’re a better mom, you’re a better friend, you’re calmer, you’re more patient, you’re more loving, you’re more grounded. So you can’t feel guilty about prioritizing yourself,” the supermodel added.
