In a collaborative effort, the Sunday Times, The Times, and Channel 4’s dispatches published an investigative report, unleashing the predatory side of Russell Brand. Four women have come forward and accused the comedian of sexual assault and rape between 2006 and 2013. One of the women accused him of raping her without a condom by banging her on a wall at his Los Angeles home.
After a week, the report was published, and Russell Brand uploaded a video, alluding to the report and a new, upcoming show. In the video, he said, “Hello there, you awakening wonders. Obviously, it’s been an extraordinary and distressing week, and I thank you very much for your support and for questioning the information that you’ve been presented with.”
Brand went ahead and talked about the show that will premiere on Monday on Rumble, a new abode for all of his future content. The show will tackle issues like corruption in big pharma, corporations, and censorship. He will also address how Trusted News Initiative (TNI) is trying to “target, control, choke, and shut down” his media venture.

In the report published by The Times, Russell Russell Brand was accused of some heinous crimes, leading to an investigation by the BBC. Among all the women, one woman accused him of grooming. At that time, she was 16 years old, and he was 30 years old. The woman said that she was in an “emotionally abusive and controlling relationship.” Before the reports, Russell came ahead and addressed the issue.
In the video, he said, “These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies, and as I’ve written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous.”
Brand continued, “Now during that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely always consensual. I was always transparent about that then — almost too transparent — and I’m being transparent about it now as well.”
