According to Jennifer’s food diary published in People, she starts the day with a smoothie that includes a scoop of protein powder along with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and ice. Even when Lopez opts for a non-smoothie breakfast, she makes sure to have some fruit. If you want to know, how many cups of coffee JLo has every day, well, she doesn’t need it for the massive energy she usually displays. She told US Weekly, “ I haven’t had caffeine in years that really wrecks your skin as you get older.“
Lopez usually stays away from both alcohol and caffeine but she admitted to having a tiny bit of booze occasionally. She said, “Of course during celebratory toasts, everybody is like ‘you can toast with water!’, so I toast with alcohol and just take a sip.” The singer-actress always carries her own snacks. “I always carry fruits and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals.”

It consists kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled queso, minced shallots, and a dressing of fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. JLo’s Workout Routine

A session with Kirsch involves moves like platypus walks, sumo lunges, sidekicks, and plyometric squat jumps. “Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core and lower body into her workouts-they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, ‘we’re going to do this and she’s like, ‘great!’ Her workouts are fast-paced. She’s very focused and high energy,” he added. Single leg deadlifts and boxing are also regular in their workouts, plus, Kirsch always incorporates elements of pilates into the training session.
