Taken to the regional and only medical center available by helicopter. The Marvel actor stayed in the hospital for 17 days before continuing his recovery at home.

    Renner, who is still working hard to reverse the damage caused by the accident, takes a moment to express his gratitude where it’s due. In a post talking about his healing journey, the actor reveals that his 10-year-old daughter Ava Berlin is “reason number one” for his successful recovery.

    I asked her to ‘wait for me’ when I first saw her on January 14 as I arrived home. As I got better, she got better and less afraid. There is simply no better motivator to recover than to heal your family and friends. With gratitude always, thank you all for your love and support this last full year. I needed every ounce of goodwill and prayer.”

    In the heartfelt Instagram post, Jeremy shares how grateful he is for all the love and support shown to him by fans from all over the world. The actor expresses how much of an impact having family and friends around had on this recovery.
