An autograph dealer has sued Kanye West for committing battery when he asked for an autograph in 2022. He has dragged the rapper into court for attacking him in DTLA. As per documents obtained by TMZ, the victim alleged that Kanye was fuming at him and shouted, “I’m going to make a f***ing example of you” in reference to his divorce with Kim Kardashian, and he hit him.
The victim asked him to apologize, but Ye asked him, “Apology for what?” before hitting him many times and “severely injuring him.” He also claimed that the people with him asked him to stop, but the ‘Donda’ rapper shouted at them and asked, “go to the f**”ing house and get my f***ing kids.” Along with him, his wife is also suing Ye for consortium.

The Rapper’s Name Was Cleared From Another Battery Case In 2022
In January 2022, Kanye West punched a fan outside the SoHo Warehouse in Los Angeles when he approached him. A video was released where West was seen angrily shouting “get away” at his entourage member when she tried to mediate. The Los Angeles Police Department launched an investigation into it.
In August 2022, the spokesperson for the Los Angeles City Attorney said that Kanye West was not found guilty in the assault case.
The statement given to the Rolling Stone said, “Regarding the incident involving Kanye West that took place January 13, 2022, after a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”
