Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slammed with another sexual assault allegation, this time by a woman claiming that he drugged, sexually assaulted her, and recorded the act. The woman, Joie Dickerson-Neal, has claimed in her lawsuit filed on Thursday that Combs committed the crime back in 1991 when she was a psychology student at Syracuse University.
The complainant claimed that the incident happened when she went for dinner with the music star in January 1991. This case marks the third such allegation made within the past week accusing Combs of sexual misconduct.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Shared The ‘Sex Tape’ With Others
According to the lawsuit, while having dinner with her on January 3, 1991, Combs intentionally drugged the complainant. After she was fairly intoxicated, and not in a situation to stand or walk, he took her to a music studio, the lawsuit said.
Combs then allegedly raped Dickerson-Neal, while she could not resist the act as she was drugged. Combs also went on to record the assault. The victim later found out that the “sex tape” was also shared with other people by the music mogul.
The complainant said she found out about the video recording after DeVanté Swing — a member of the ’90s R&B group Jodeci and her friend — told her that the video was widely shared as he had also seen it.

Assault By Combs Sent Woman’s Life Into A Spiral
The trauma sent Dickerson-Neal into a bad mental state, and out of fear of humiliation and repercussions, she decided to push the matter under the rug back then. Besides, her friend Swing also chose not to speak out against Combs to protect his band’s record deal.
Dickerson-Neal said her life spiraled into a “tailspin” after that and she was diagnosed with severe depression and suicidal ideation. Months of continuous hospitalization also affected her education and she eventually dropped out of college.
She further mentioned in her lawsuit that Combs was trying to get into a “romantic and sexual relationship” with her, but she had refused as he had a record of sexual allegations against him even at the time.
Citing confusion, pain, and shame, Dickerson-Neal said she did not immediately report the assault or reach out to authorities for help. The next day, she informed one of her friends about her ordeal. She eventually filed a complaint, though it is not clear in which jurisdiction it was filed.
Reports said the New York City Police Department has not been able to confirm having received a complaint in this regard.
She said she decided to come out about the assault now after singer Cassie’s lawsuit against Combs. Combs’ camp has rejected the claims.
The case, which will be heard by the New York Supreme Court, comes under the wire of the New York Adult Survivors Act. The act allows survivors of adult sexual assault one year to sue.
