Sean Diddy Combs has been under fire for a while now and there barely seems an easy way out for him now. To add to his misery, decades-old things are coming out against him, supporting the several claims of assault and sexual harassment cases made against him by multiple women and men.
Still under trial for the plethora of allegations, Diddy has been sued by another woman who has accused him and his bodyguard of sexually assaulting her in 2001 by giving her drugs. Here’s all about the new case against the rapper.
Sean “Diddy” Combs And His Bodyguard Accused Of Another Rape
Sean Diddy Combs, who is currently in jail while he awaits his trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, has been sued again for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2001. Thalia Graves, in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in New York federal court, made some gruesome allegations against the rapper.
She said that Diddy and his bodyguard at Bad Boy Record New York Studio gave her a drink that caused her to briefly lose consciousness. She awoke, “bounded and restrained” as they “proceeded to brutally sexually abuse and violate her”.

According to the complaint, she was lured to the studio by Sean Diddy Combs, who told her that he wanted to discuss her boyfriend’s performance issues at the company. She was picked up by Joseph Sherman, Combs’s bodyguard at that time. After having the drink, she got “lightheaded, dizzy, and physically weak”, the lawsuit claims.
When Graves regained her senses, she was “naked, and her hands were tied behind her back with what felt like a plastic grocery bag,” the complaint says. In response, Sherman “lifted her from the couch and forcefully slammed her face down on what was a pool table. Shortly thereafter, Combs entered the room naked and proceeded to anally penetrate her”.
Sean Diddy Combs Filmed The Sexual Assault As Per The New Lawsuit
The complainant also claimed that Diddy and his bodyguard recorded the assault. As proven from the previous allegations against him, Combs has a “pattern and practice of non-consensually recording women engaging in sexual acts and making those videos available to the public, including by selling tapes as pornography.”

In a text message to Graves, a Bad Boy artist corroborated that Sherman “use[d] to sell porn of him doing this to chix” and that he “did that to a lot of women,” the lawsuit says.
For decades, Graves remained silent and didn’t report the incident to law enforcement out of fear that Combs and his associates would “use their power to ruin her life as they had repeatedly, explicitly threatened to do“.
Diddy has been denying all the allegations made against him though all the evidences in the case so far point at his wrongdoings. It now remains to be seen what impact the newly surfaced allegation would have on his case.
