Sabrina Carpenter‘s SKIMS campaign with Kim Kardashian has gotten heart eyes from everyone on social media as the pop star went for a sultry look, donning the spring collection of the brand. One fandom, however, wasn’t too happy about this collaboration.
Taylor Swift‘s fans called Carpenter out for working with Kim Kardashian, who Swift has been on sour terms with since a long time, following the infamous phone call incident. Fans pointed out that it was weird for Sabrina to work with Kim, considering that she has been touring with Taylor since so many months.

One fan also pointed out that Gigi, who happens to be one of Taylor’s best friends, is also friends with the Kardashians — which means Taylor probably wouldn’t mind Sabrina’s collaboration.

What Was The Feud Between Taylor Swift And Kim Kardashian?
Kim Kardashian played a big part in Kanye West’s feud with Taylor Swift in 2019 when he made the song ‘Famous‘, where he referred to Taylor as a “b*tch‘. He also indicated through his lyrics that he had sex with Taylor and thereby helped her get popular. After the song’s release, Swift spoke up about being humiliated by West’s derogatory mention of her. In the music video for the same, West had also featured a naked wax doll of Swift.
Once Taylor spoke up, Kim Kardashian released a recording of a phone call between Kanye and Taylor where he is asking her for permission to use her name in the song. It was, however, revealed later that the recording was edited.
Talking about the incident, Swift said, “You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar. That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before”.
She then adds, “Trash takes itself out every single time. But I’ve also learned there’s no point in actively trying to quote unquote ‘defeat your enemies.’ Trash takes itself out every single time.”
