    Co-stars Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell have really been hitting it off lately. From rumors of them having an affair to brilliantly advertising for their film ‘Anyone But You‘, this couple has been making headlines in anticipation of their film.

    The pair, who have joined each other for the very first time have also talked about their chemistry and their relationship with each other. Here’s what critics think about the couple’s chemistry.

    The couple has been working together to promote their film of late, and fans cannot get over their chemistry and how good they look together on and off screen. Many even speculated that they are having an off-screen romance, which the actors have denied.

    It’s not just the fans. Glen and Sydney themselves have spoken about their chemistry and how authentic everything is.

    In a recent interview with Business Insider, Powell spoke about how they strategized their chemistry as a means of promoting the film. The actor said, “Sydney and I do have authentic chemistry —I had such a wonderful journey with her on this thing. But in terms of actual dating and actually being together?” and proceeded to laugh.

    He also spoke about Sweeney as a professional and said, “Sydney is one of the few people I have worked with who is so impressive in front of the camera and behind the camera. She has such an impressive sense of marketing, story, what is new and fresh and cool. She’s an impressive person and what she does on-screen is electric. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.”

    The couple’s heartfelt chemistry is of course- adorable. But what do critics think about it?

    Post the film’s release, fans and critics have been rushing to comment on the film and the actors’ chemistry on screen.

    CinemaBlend’s review reads, “Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney are equally great in the framework of the romantic comedy genre, but their dynamic doesn’t add up somehow. Powell takes on a textbook player with an underlying sweetness to be uncovered, while Sweeney is a strong-willed bombshell afraid to grapple with her lack of direction. Perhaps what’s wrong here is the script wants us to believe they are wrong for each other, when from the first frame they share, it’s rather too obvious any disgust for each other is all an act.”

    While another reviewer wrote for IGN, “While Anyone But You doesn’t exactly break new cinematic ground, it is an infectiously sincere and easily watchable film. Despite their inherent charms, Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell struggle to find footing playing off of each other in the opening act, but the moments in which their comedic chemistry clicks evoke real laughs. Cliched and unremarkable setup unfortunately stymies the first half, but the second and third acts are sweet and silly enough to make it a fun, if formulaic, romcom.”

    Fans, however, have taken a different take. Many took to social media to praise the film and the actors’ work.
