Nick Carter and Aaron Carter’s mother, Jane Schneck, were arrested over battery charges. On April 28th, 2023, she got into a dispute with her neighbors due to the loud volume. When the neighbors were trying to sleep, Jane was playing loud music. This led to a brawl, and when the neighbors got cameras to record, she grabbed their arms and wrists.

Aaron Carter’s Mother Was Bailed On $100 Bond
Jane Schneck, the mother of artists Nick Carter and the late Aaron Carter, got into a late-night brawl with her neighbors. She disturbed the neighbors by playing loud music on the TV, which caused a dispute that escalated to physical violence. She was arrested at her Florida house and booked on one count of domestic battery.
The public officer for the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office informed me, “Jane was playing the music too loud on the television, and the other party wanted to go to sleep, causing the dispute, which escalated to physical.”
Jane twisted the person’s arm and wrist when the person tried to take a video. The officer informed me that both people were under the influence of alcohol. Later, she was bailed on a $100 bond with a pending court appearance.

Nick Carter Is Accused Of Sexual Assault
The ‘Backstreet Boys’ singer, Nick Carter, is embroiled in two lawsuits on account of sexual assault. Shannon “Shay” Ruth filed a lawsuit against Carter for raping her in 2001 on a ‘Backstreet Boys’ tour bus. She also said that he raped three other women. In April 2023, former girl pop group ‘Dream’ singer Melissa Schuman accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2003.
In the lawsuit, Melissa Schuman said Nick Carter used “his role, status, and power as a well-known singer to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and sexually assault.”
She claimed that he coerced her into the act despite her telling him “over and over that she was a virgin, that she was saving herself for her future husband, and that she did not want to have sex.” Nick filed a countersuit in February 2023, claiming that the accusations were part of a conspiracy to defame and extort him.
