‘The Princess and The Frog’, one of the iconic Disney princess movies came out originally in 2009. The movie is about a waitress Tiara who kisses a frog, which then turns into a prince. As per Dis Insider, this upcoming movie is currently in the early works at Disney. And every fan is excited to who the real-life cast would be.
‘The King’ actor Robert Pattinson’s name has been leaked by some sources as a possibility for the role of Prince Naveen. Along with Pattinson, it is rumored that Tiara would be Zoe Kravitz. However, no final decision has been made. In addition, at the beginning of the year, it was Jenna Ortega and Simu Liu whose names were suggested for the role.

‘The Princess And The Frog’ Not To Begin In 2023
There hasn’t been much development to the live-action remake as of now. The writer, director, and other staff are still to be discussed and finalized. Even though there are talks about casting, there is little chance that the project would begin anytime soon. Earlier, Zendaya’s name had come up to play the role of Moana in its upcoming live-action remake. For ‘The Princess and The Frog‘ too, Zendaya had been one of the choices among the fans.
Disney is remaking live-action movies, with both original stories and sequels. ‘Snow White’, ‘Mufasa: The Lion King‘, ‘Moana’, and ‘Lilo & Stitch’ are all part of Disney’s project for the upcoming year.
