The actress and singer actively shut down a reporter’s inquiry during a panel in Mexico City for her upcoming film ‘Atlas‘ on Wednesday.
In a video that is no going viral on Instagram, a reporter asks Lopez to address the swirling divorce rumors. The singer first responds with a brief smile before saying, “You know better than that.” The video posted by El Gordo y la Flaca on Instagram shows the singer visibly uncomfortable with the question even after she turns it down.
Amidst her press tour for the Netflix movie, Lopez appeared solo at the film’s second premiere in Mexico on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck was spotted leaving the popular Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi later that night.
This is the second time that Lopez has appeared solo for an event. She also showed up alone for the Met Gala this year, sparking early speculations about some kind of rift between the two. The rumors further escalated when reports suggested that Affleck was living in a separate apartment from Lopez.

Ben Affleck Believes His Marriage To Jennifer Lopez Is Beyond Repair
Though neither Ben Affleck nor Jennifer Lopez have opened up about their current state of relationship, some sources close to the couple have given an account of the discord. Earlier in the week, a source told Page Six that Affleck has “come to his senses” after getting recently married to Lopez in 2022, and now believes his marriage is beyond repair.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” the source was quoted as saying. “He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
The breakup rumors first gained traction when photos showed Affleck leaving a home in Brentwood, where he has reportedly been staying apart from Lopez for about a week. The couple was later seen together for the first time in over a month at their child’s school event. The two, however, had arrived separately at the location.
