Zayn Malik seems to have reacted to the rumors surrounding his ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid dating Leonardo DiCaprio. He is disappointed that his ex has begun dating Leonardo DiCaprio less than a year after the two broke up. According to a source quoted by a major publication, Zayn has “clearly been affected” by Leo and Gigi’s relationship.
The musician, 29, and the supermodel, 27, broke up in October 2021 after getting back together in December 2019 after four years of intermittent dating. In 2020, Gigi became pregnant and gave birth to their daughter, Khai, in September 2020.

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were among Hollywood’s many on-again, off-again lovers from 2015 until 2021. Nearly six years of their romance resulted in the birth of their daughter, Khai, in September 2020, as well as two photoshoots for Vogue, one of which was for the cover. Multiple sources exclusively revealed to PEOPLE in 2021 that the supermodel and the musician had broken up. Is Gigi Dating Dating Leonardo DiCaprio Now?
Internet reports of a relationship between Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid have been circulating since he split up with Camila Morrone, his girlfriend of about four years, in August 2022. Prior to this, she had not been romantically linked to anyone.
An anonymous source told E! News that “Leo has been asking mutual friends about Gigi and wants to get to know her.” Also, according to reports, they aren’t in a serious relationship yet. Leo “is interested” in Gigi while she “is having fun with it” and “is not interested in anything serious.”
Mohamed Hadid- Gigi’s father, when asked about these rumors said- “I met Mr. DiCaprio in St. Tropez four or five years ago, and he is a very nice man. I like him.” Although he appreciated Leo as a person, Mohamed didn’t exactly confirm the rumors. “I have not spoken to my daughter about Mr. DiCaprio. I don’t think they are dating — I believe they are just good friends, but I really don’t know.”
According to reports from In Touch, on August 31 they claimed that Leo and Gigi have “hooked up a few times this summer” but that “they have known each other for several years” and “super attracted to each other,” a source told In Touch. “It’s casual and not a constant thing. But they have lots of mutual friends.”
How Did Zayn Respond To Gigi Moving On?
A source close to the couple has stated “Leo and Gigi dating has definitely touched a nerve with Zayn. He was hoping to win Gigi back and feels frozen out now that Leo is in the picture.” The insider continued, “While he’s putting on a brave face, he’s finding the news of Gigi and Leo’s romance hard to digest.”
“Gigi doesn’t talk to Zayn about Leo and avoids answering any questions. She doesn’t want to get into it with him or rub salt into the wounds and is determined to keep things as amicable as possible as they continue to co-parent Khai,” the source added.
Additionally, Zayne has also unfollowed Gigi on Instagram.
