Walt Disney Reportedly Gets Hacked With Over 1TB Of Data Being Stolen

In a shocking post on X, users were baffled when they learned that Disney has been hacked. Is this news real? The details are not yet available since Disney has not made any comments. The post was made by a user with the ID of Pirat_Nation.

The security of the company is very questionable since Disney has been hacked multiple times beforehand already. In June, Disney was hacked by Club Penguin users and in 2019 a massive hacking happened of Disney+ accounts. Disney’s cyber security has been questioned multiple times over the users by hackers.

In a series of posts, Pirat_Nation also claims that the hacking group NullBullge is behind this. They are a hacktivist group. Pirat_Nation writes, “NullBulge (the hacking group) tried to post the data on 4chan but it got taken down”. They also posted, “This is terrible for Disney since Another Hacking groups could use these login links to internal APIs and web Pages for more malicious intentions”.

Nullbulge, on their blog, revealed more details about the data they breached. They claimed that the massive data contains “unreleased projects, raw images and codes, some logins, links to internal API and more”. This has raised a lot of questions about the company as a whole.

X user Pirat_Nation claims that NullBudge’s hacking of Disney was possible due to an employee’s faulty functioning. In a post, the user showed the account of a user named Matt Van Andel. Below it, he wrote, “Apparently this guy who works for Disney downloaded something in modland and uff something has gone terribly wrong”.

Walt Disney, as of now, has made no comments. However, if this is true then it seems Disney should get their cyber security team upgraded. This is not the first time the company has been hacked. Events like this surely make a great dent in the company and surely there will be some repercussions.
