Logan Paul recently gave fans a glimpse into his current fitness routine after an online discussion about his physical transformation gained traction on X. The conversation picked up after fans compared photos from Paul’s early WWE run to his more recent appearances, highlighting the noticeable changes in his physique since joining the company in 2022.
The discussion was sparked by a post from ChanMan, who shared side-by-side images from the Royal Rumble 2025 and a recent episode of Monday Night RAW. The post read, “Logan Paul’s body transformation is actually pretty crazy.”
Paul later revealed that he decided to take his training more seriously after noticing the changes himself. “I stepped up my routine: 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 1 mile run = Every single day + prime shake (32g protein),” Paul wrote on X.
Paul officially signed with WWE in 2022 and made his main roster debut on April 2 of that year. Since then, he has established himself as one of the company’s top crossover attractions and captured the WWE United States Championship at Crown Jewel on Nov. 4, 2023.

The segment ended with IShowSpeed delivering a huge splash off the top rope through the announce table onto Paul.
Logan Paul Previously Opened Up About WWE Locker Room Criticism

In a WWE RAW vlog filmed in Knoxville, Tennessee, Logan Paul also discussed criticism he faced from some wrestlers during the early stages of his WWE career. ‘The Maverick’ said his rapid rise in the company and backstage privileges created tension with some peers. He explained that his locker room placement was close to the top WWE names, including Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.
He explained, “But I think when I got in the WWE, a lot of my peers disliked me because, you know, I was good. And because I was good, quickly, I got privileges like a giant green room next to the big dogs. But I think now, you know, it’s like tag team champion, member of the most dominant faction in the WWE, future Hall of Famer type contender.”

It actually is my followers.” Paul remains active on WWE programming following his WrestleMania 42 appearance in April 2026.
