‘The Simpsons’ Predicted The Titan Submersible Incident
A clip from ‘The Simpsons’ has gone viral online where the dialogues hint that the OceanGate submersible tragedy was predicted a long time ago. However, it must be noted that this is entirely fictional.
The clip features Homer Simpson taking a submarine to find the Emeralds of Piso Mojado. He gets stuck below the water and after running out of oxygen, he wakes up in a hospital where he gets to know that he was in a coma for three days. But this cannot be called a perfect prediction of the disaster.
According to reports, the vessel’s passengers were stuck and did not have enough oxygen. Meanwhile, ‘The Simpsons’ has aired more than 700 episodes and there are a lot of events that can be easily linked to the Titan submersible incident.
