How Did She Die?
At the age of 54, Presley passed away on January 12, 2023. She suffered from a cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California a day prior and died at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center.
Her mother, Priscilla Presley, issued a statement. “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” she said.
“She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”
Her last public appearance was at the 2023 Golden Globes Awards where Austin Butler won the award for portraying her father in Baz Luhrmann’s biographical drama ‘Elvis’.
