The announced cast of ‘Avengers: Doomsday‘ is already packed with major Marvel characters, but a new rumor claims the movie could be hiding an even bigger lineup.
The Multiverse Could Bring Everyone Together Easily
A rumour has been circulating around Twitter (via DoomsServant) that several characters from the MCU will be making a cameo in the movie. The list includes Doctor Strange, Deadpool, Wolverine and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man.

It also adds Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Ironheart, Hulk, She-Hulk, Kate Bishop, Valkyrie, America Chavez, Wong, Clint Barton and Mobius into the mix. Obviously, this is just a rumor. Still, many of these characters would fit in perfectly into a story about a multiversal crisis.
If Doomsday means “collapsing realities,” then Doctor Strange and America Chavez would be among the most significant additions. They’re also very familiar with the multiverse, which is important for whatever Doctor Doom has in mind.
Then there’s Deadpool, Wolverine and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, which would further extend the film into Marvel’s multiverse. The return of Monica Rambeau is particularly interesting given the ending of ‘The Marvels’.
In the meantime, Hulk, She-Hulk, Valkyrie and Captain Marvel may be able to lend some serious heavyweight power to the Avengers. Even characters like Kate Bishop, Ms. Marvel and Ironheart could be there to represent the newer generation of the MCU.
The Biggest Surprise Might Be the Old Guard
Clint Barton, Star-Lord and Wong also might make ‘Doomsday’ more closely tied to the MCU’s previous stories, if they’re confirmed to appear. Another interesting addition would be Mobius, who is connected to the TVA and the multiverse.

If Marvel is actually concealing this many characters, it’s possible that the studio is preparing a huge shock to audiences, not just revealing all the big guns in trailers and marketing. None of these appearances have been confirmed at this time. However, if even a few of these names suddenly walk onto the screen, ‘Doomsday’ could have some unforgettable audience reactions.
