“We Love Each Other So Much”: Vanessa Kirby Reflects On Bonding And Chemistry With ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Cast

The much anticipated Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four movie titled ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps‘ is currently in production. Vanessa Kirby has taken on the iconic role of Susan Storm aka The Invisible Woman in this reboot of Marvel’s First Family. In a recent interview, Kirby opened up about working with her Fantastic Four co-stars and director on the highly anticipated film. 

Ever since Marvel Studios acquired the film rights to the Fantastic Four, fans have eagerly awaited the introduction of Reed Richards, Susan Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now with First Steps in production, hints about the film and its talented cast are starting to emerge. Vanessa Kirby had nothing but praise for her co-stars and director when speaking about her experience making the film so far.

In the interview, Kirby spoke very fondly about her co-star Pedro Pascal who is playing Reed Richards. She said, “Pedro is heavenly“. Kirby went on to say “We love each other so much. I’ve been away from them for two days and I miss them. We’re having such a great time together“.

Kirby Praises ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Director Matt Shakman

In the interview, Vanessa Kirby also had high praise for Director Matt Shakman. When asked about her experience making the movie so far, she responded “I’m really hopeful for the movie and Matt Shakman is amazing“. This positive review bodes well for Shakman’s vision of Fantastic Four being in good hands. His work on ‘WandaVision‘ also makes him an ideal choice for bringing Marvel’s First Family to the MCU.
