In ‘Loki’ Season 2, Tom Hiddleston‘s character Loki continues on the road to self-discovery and redemption, where he confronts his past life as an evil villain to change his destiny. Through the exploration of complex identity, destiny, and time, Loki finds himself against the god of some powerful figures of the MCU, his previous life as an antagonist.
The season has been a fan favorite for its mind-bending narrative and deep character development. Now, with the release of the 4K UHD Blu-ray, viewers get a chance to dive even deeper into Loki’s psyche. However, what’s stirring the pot among fans is a newly released deleted scene that reveals some unexpected secrets about the character’s past life.
Loki Lists Down The Name Of People Who Considered Him A “Problem” In A Deleted Scene
In this never-before-seen moment, Loki opens up about the many people who once considered him a “problem.” Sitting across from his confidant Mobius, played by Owen Wilson, he shares slices of key lime pie and reflects on his troubled past and the long list of people who have crossed paths with him in his villainous years.
Among the names he recalls are some familiar Asgardian figures, including Thor’s fellow warriors Volstagg (Ray Stevenson), Hogan (Tadanobu Asano), and Fandral (Josh Dallas and Zachary Levi), as well as his estranged biological father Laufey (Colm Feore) and Bor (Tony Curran), Odin’s father and Loki’s adoptive grandfather.

Loki also notes Heimdall (Idris Elba) as “a big one,” further stressing the emotional tension in his complicated family dynamics.
The scene doesn’t stop in Asgard, though. Loki’s reach spans Earth as well, mentioning Thor’s past lovers and allies such as Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard), and Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings). He also reflects on his contentious history with S.H.I.E.L.D., bringing up Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders), alongside Donald Blake, Thor’s human persona on Earth.
Loki Teases Future Of Two Unexplored Characters In The Marvel Cinematic Universe
However, the most interesting part of the scene comes when Loki speaks about two Marvel Comics characters who are not yet seen in the MCU: Amora (Enchantress), an Asgardian sorceress of high rank, and Absorbing Man (Carl Creel), a supervillain with the property-absorbing powers.
The scene also has a reference to Hercules, a character played by Brett Goldstein in the after-credits scene of ‘Thor: Love and Thunder‘. Loki claims that his past with the Greek demigod was very far from friendly, admitting, “I was a huge problem for him.”

This deleted scene not only gives fans a glimpse into Loki’s past misdeeds but also hints at future stories within the MCU, as several of these characters could make their mark in future installments.
