Betty first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #1 (1962). She was actually the love interest of Bruce banner to the incredible Hulk. Who Is Betty Ross?
Elizabeth “Betty” Ross is the only daughter of General Thaddeus E. “Thunderbolt” Ross. Betty did her graduation from a boarding school where she was sent after her mom died. She was a polite young woman who used to follow all the words of his father. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby created Red She-Hulk.
Betty gets exposed to Gamma radiation herself and becomes villainous Harpy. She even dies due to the radiation but then returns ad Red She-Hulk. Her father, General Thaddeus Ross, has appeared in movies like ‘Captain America: Civil War’, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, and ‘Black Widow’.

Is Red She-Hulk More Powerful Than She-Hulk?
Both Red She-Hulk and She-Hulk hold enormous superhuman strengths with high speed, Stamina, and really high healing powers. Betty’s strength level even exceeds the laws of physics. She once punched through dimensional barriers between different universes.
However, in the comics, she was defeated by She-Hulk. This was not because of a lack of power but because of a lack of experience. Moreover, when compared to She-Hulk she doesn’t have a lot of control over her powers which gives She-Hulk a bit of an edge over her.
