Anya recently shared her interest in doing a musical-themed movie and ‘Frozen’ will be the perfect choice for it. She also wants to flaunt the opportunity of playing Elsa in front of her nieces and nephews.
Anya Taylor- Joy Is Interested In Doing A Musical Based On ‘Frozen’
Anya Anya Taylor-Joy shares a resemblance with Elsa from Disney’s ‘Frozen’ and we can see where this is going. She expressed her desire to do a musical and dance-themed movie. While speaking to Vogue Hong Kong, Anya admitted that she would like to portray the role of Elsa.
She said, “I really want to do a musical because I’m a little too obsessed with my current job. I love the challenge of completing impossible tasks. I think that’s incredibly motivating for me, so the idea of being able to sing, dance, and act at the same time is really exciting to me.”

Anya added, “I think Frozen is going to be great. Shooting ice cubes out of your hands can be a lot of fun. And, you’ll be the favorite at every kid’s birthday party. All my siblings have kids now, so I would love for them to be able to say, ‘My aunt is Elsa.’ That would be great!”
Should Disney Make A Live-Action Version Of ‘Frozen’?
Anya would be the perfect Elsa but should Disney really make a live-action movie for ‘Frozen’? Disney doesn’t seem to be shying away from transforming their animated movies. From ‘Moana‘ to ‘The Little Mermaid’, they are extending their realm of movies. Because ‘Frozen’ is more than a decade old, it wouldn’t be surprising for the makers to pursue its live-action version. The movie could be a game-changer for Disney and could also be a financial success.
