The highly anticipated Henry Cavill spy action film made the headlines for its $200 million budget, star-studded cast and action sequence. Despite it all, the global box office opening was nowhere close to covering up the budget.

Deadline reported that ‘Argylle‘s box office was predicted to end its opening weekend with barely a $35 million global total over three days which was nowhere near the film’s huge budget. The film might eventually gain audience, after its release on Apple TV+.
