Tom Holland and Zendaya have been setting a couple of goals even though their romance is mostly under wraps. The couple had become an instant hit after they starred together in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming‘ though they were not dating at the time. As they kept working together, the stars grew close and fond of each other.
The couple met on the sets of the movie in 2016 but did not start dating immediately. The two shared pictures on social media with each other frequently as co-stars and soon started appearing together for outings and events. A source officially confirmed that they were dating in 2017. The ‘Spider-Man’ franchise is special for them as it also marked their entry into each other’s lives. Now the stars have revealed how they often rewatch it together for more than one reason.

Tom Holland And Zendaya “Reminisce About Being 19” By Watching ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Together
However, the case is different with ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming‘. Holland said he rewatches this movie with Zendaya to “reminisce about being 19 & making those movies again.”
“Zendaya and I will, every now and then, watch ‘Spider-Man 1’ and reminisce about being 19 and making those movies again. I love those movies, and I love savoring those moments, so I try not to watch them as often as I would maybe like to because it’s so special. It’s such a luxury, such a gift to be able to sit down and sort of relive your youth,” he said.
“I wouldn’t be the man I am today without that job,” the British actor said. Holland also shared that Zendaya has been an ardent supporter of his Apple TV+ miniseries, ‘The Crowded Room’, and watched it more times with him than he expected.
Holland also recently praised Zendaya for her honesty in critiquing his performances. Speaking to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation last month, he said, “Zendaya is probably the most honest with me, which I love, ’cause you need that.”

Tom Holland Believes He Is His Best Critic
At the Critics Choice Awards on Sunday, Tom Holland and Zendaya revealed that the two often watch their old films together to relive their teenage years when they were perhaps not as successful as they are today. Though both stars, now 27, have seen a meteoric rise in the entertainment industry, they rewatch their work as critics.
The British actor was speaking at the Critics Awards’ red carpet when he shared his penchant for reviewing his own films, with a soft spot for ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’.
“I definitely watch my stuff. I sometimes think I am my best critic,” Holland told Extra‘s Melvin Robert. “I really, like, know what it is that I can do, and sometimes I will see something and go, ‘Damn! I could have pushed more there.’ Really, once something has come out, I kind of leave it to bed,” he said.
