The biographical thriller has awed and amazed the audience with its storyline and theatre experience. The movie has a star-studded cast including Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, and Matt Damon

    1. Josh Peck

    Josh Peck plays Kenneth Bainbridge

    The 37-year-old actor Josh Peck is famous for his performance in Nickelodeon’s ‘Drake & Josh opposite Drake Bell and Miranda Cosgrove. In Oppenheimer, he portrays Kenneth Bainbridge, a contributor to the Manhattan Project. 

    2. Rami Malek

    The Oscar-winning actor who portrayed Freddie Mercury in ‘Bohemian Rhapsody‘ also appears in the movie. He appears as David Hill, an associate experimental physicist. The actor is best known for his roles in ‘No Time To Die’ and ‘Mr. Robot’.  

    3. Casey Affleck

    Boris Pash is the role played by Casey Affleck on screen. Pash is the chief of army counterintelligence at the Presidio in San Francisco. The Academy winner brings to life the cold, brutal chief who interrogates Oppenheimer in one of the scenes.

    The actor appeared again in another of Christopher Nolan’s movies. He portrayed the 33rd President of the United States Harry S. Truman in ‘Oppenheimer‘. In Oppenheimer, Oscar-winning actor’s character Truman tries to bring the physicist on board for the hydrogen bomb project. But he declines and Truman dismisses him.

    6. Benny Safdie

    The ‘father of the hydrogen bomb’, Edward Teller is played by Benny Safdie in the Nolan film. The theoretical physicist works with Oppenheimer on the Manhattan Project. As Oppenheimer voices his concern about the hydrogen bomb, Teller joins Lewis Strauss to bring him down.

    The American actress Olivia Thrilby is known for her roles in the movies ‘No Strings Attached’ and ‘Juno’. In ‘Oppenheimer’, she played the role of Lili Hornig, an activist, and Manhattan Project scientist.

    The ‘Hail Caesar actor Alden Ehrenreich appears in a brief scene as a Senate aide to Strauss in ‘Oppenheimer‘. The star has appeared in movies, ‘Blue Jasmine’, ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story‘ and ‘Beautiful Creatures’.

    William L. Borden, a US lawyer, and congressional staffer, is played by David Dastmalchian. His character served as the executive director of the US Congress Joint Committee on Atomic Energy from 1949 and 1953. Dastmalchian has appeared in the films ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘The Suicide Squad’, and ‘Dune’.
