It’s Halloween season and Lionsgate and Gold Circle Entertainment have just the perfect movie to binge this fall. ‘Prey for the Devil’ is a film that certainly takes the cake when it comes to serving clever titles. We definitely have been intrigued.
The production company recently released the trailer and it is absolutely terrifying. They have even announced the release date and poster for the new horror production. Read ahead to know everything about the film.

What Is The Plot Of The Movie?
The movie follows a young nun, Sister Ann, and her rising as an unlikely warrior. The movie was earlier named ‘The Devil’s Light‘ but got changed later. Due to a sudden rise in the number of demonic possessions in the world the catholic church decides to reopen exorcism schools. The school is meant to teach young priests how to perform combat, and recognize and exorcise demons.
However, the nuns are not allowed to engage in any such practices, Sister Ann holds a special gift that is recognized by the professor. Sister Ann trains for the battle and holds a position alongside Father Dante to battle for the soul of a young girl. However, she thinks that the demon is the same one that tortured her mother in the past.

‘Prey For The Devil‘ Cast And Release Date
The movie is produced under the direction of Robert Zappia and James Hawes. Jacqueline Byers will play the lead role of sister Ann. You might know her from ‘Ordinary Days’, And ‘bad Samaritan‘. Debora Zhecheva will play young AnnColin Salmon and will star as Ann’s trainer, Father Quinn.
Ben Cross will star as Cardinal Matthews, you may know him as Billy Flynn from the production of ‘Chicago’. Christian Navarro from ‘13 Reasons Why‘ will play Father Dante. Lisa Palfrey will star as Sister Euphemia and Nicholas Ralph will play Father Raymond. The film is all set to haunt our existence from October 28, 2022.
