John Travolta is a popular culture icon who gained worldwide attention and prominence after starting in dual musical dramas ‘Grease’ and ‘Saturday Night Fever’. The former opened at 2nd just behind ‘Jaws 2’ and became the highest-grossing musical earning $366 million globally. Whereas, ‘Saturday Night Fever’ topped the box office after its release and $237 million worldwide.

The two movies were released in 1978 within a span of 8 months and Travolta set a rare record of having two box office top twos in 8 months. However, after 44 years Chalamet took the crown from Travolta and became the second person to achieve the record after John. Surprisingly, one of the movies that helped Timothee achieve this was also a musical.
