Elvis Presley fans who discovered him long after his departure from life and music now finally have a chance to experience the king of rock and roll singing live. Sounds uncanny? But it’s true.
Presley is going to return to stage – in the most unexpected way- to let his fans relive the experience of a live concert. Here’s how.
Elvis Presley Singing Live Is Not A Drill
With the use of artificial intelligence (AI), Elvis Presley will be digitally revived in the next immersive concert experience, Elvis Evolution. According to BBC, the performance would feature hologram projections of the king that were created using a vast collection of his private images and home video recordings.
The production is slated to open in London in November and then tour Tokyo, Berlin, Las Vegas, and Las Vegas. Elvis Evolution’s global rights have been acquired by Layered Reality, a British immersive entertainment firm, in the wake of the success of Abba Voyage, a virtual performance starring avatars of the Swedish pop band. This innovative play will be presented to audiences globally by the business, which is well-known for creating immersive experiences including The Gunpowder Plot and The War of the Worlds.
“It’s going to be a joyous celebration of Elvis’s life; the man, the music, and his cultural legacy,” Andrew McGuiness, who is the Layered Reality founder said.

McGuiness described the event by saying that the show will give the audience a “deeper insight into Elvis’s life, transporting fans back through the decades to experience his meteoric rise to fame, larger-than-life persona, and the cultural movement he catalysed in the 1950s and 1960s”.
According to Layered Reality, live theatre, holographic projection, augmented reality, AI, and multisensory effects will all be used in this production, which will also include a life-sized digital version of Elvis Presley.
The concert will also have an Elvis-themed bar and restaurant for fans to have the full experience.
