Taylor Swift just proved that she’s her friends and musical contributors’ biggest supporter as the ‘Fortnight’ singer took to Instagram to congratulate her longtime friend and ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ collaborator Post Malone on his latest album.
Their collaboration went on to become the biggest song on the album, where Malone also featured in the deeply artistic music video as Swift’s lover. Here’s what Swift had to say to Post Malone about his latest musical endeavor.
Taylor Swift Pens Sweet Note For Post Malone
After their musical collaboration, Taylor Swift has constantly gushed over Post Malone and his musical genius, something that is pretty evident in their masterpiece – ‘Fortnight‘. Taking a break from her busy schedule with the Eras Tour, Swift took to Instagram to shower some love over Post, penning a sweet note for his new album.
She wrote, “Was lucky enough to hear this amazing music on set of the ‘Fortnight’ music video when Austin played it for me. It’s incredible how versatile his artistry is. And just the most down to earth guy alive.”
She accompanied the note with a behind-the-scenes image from the video shoot, along with a link to purchase and stream the album.
The album, ‘F-1 Trillion‘ has been critically acclaimed by many as some of Post’s best work yet and a full-fledged return to country music. It also includes a star-studded list of collaborators like Dolly Parton, Hank Williams Jr., Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll.
