The Beyhive gave up their jobs when Beyoncé asked us to in ‘Break My Soul’ from her latest studio album ‘Renaissance’. It is a sort of joy and a day of celebration when Beyoncé releases music. The stardom, the aura, and the legacy that she has created are inexplicable. With the new album, we have to take a moment to celebrate the ballroom culture that gave identity and liberation to the oppressed LGBTQIA+ community. Now, to spread the joy worldwide in person, Queen Bey has announced the ‘Renaissance’ Tour 2023.
It was a huge relief for the fans because after dropping the first single and then album, Beyoncé went into a burrow. She did not release any visuals for the album. Beyhive was enraged with her. She only released a visual titled ‘Summer Renaissance’ in 2022 as a part of a collaborative campaign with Tiffany & Co., Now, the fans will witness the theatrics, the pomp, and the magnum opuses that Bey’s concerts are! The tour will begin from Sweden and its last leg will be in the US. Despite the concert in the States, many fans are opting to fly to Sweden to attend the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Beyoncé Fans Will Attend The Concert In Sweden Due To Cheaper Tickets
In November 2022, the Swifties were not happy due to the Ticketmaster debacle. After five years, Taylor Swift announced a tour to promote her ‘Midnights’ album. However, the fans and the artist were disappointed after the site crashed and they had to cancel the ticket sales.
With the ‘Renaissance’ tour, Ticketmaster was again deployed to sell the tickets for the most awaited concert of the year. The pre-sale took place on February 6th and most of the Beyhive members from the States opted for Sweden.
The first leg of the Europe tour will kick start in May in Sweden. Buzzfeed interviewed the fans for the increased fervor for Sweden. One of the fans, Jess McCraney, who lives in Las Vegas, will travel to Sweden to attend the ‘Formation’ artist’s tour. She bought the ticket for $300. She said, “It was the only place I could get through”.
Some turned out to be the lucky fans. One of them is Orlando resident Joan Mauricette. The ‘Cuff It’ singer slotted a show on May 11th, 2023 in Solan, Sweden. Joan has her birthday on May 11th, so it will be a perfect gift to treat herself with.
Earlier, the plan sounded ridiculous, but the universe conspired to make her travel to the Scandinavian land to see Beyoncé. She got the ticket for $95, Joan wants to be on a vacation, and she has her family in London. So, it was a series of happy coincidences for her.
Ayesha Upshur, a Washington D.C. resident has never missed a tour of Beyoncé with her friends. So, to avoid the overpriced tickets in the capital, they opted to travel to Sweden where they found tickets at cheaper rates. The tickets in D.C. were for $900. The return trip tickets to Sweden cost them $600 and the concert ticket was $400. So, they thought it was a good deal.
