Jane and her boyfriend was pronounced dead in a residence in Moore, Oklahoma (Jane’s hometown). The police checked upon the home as a welfare check.
Jane Jesse And Her Boyfriend Died In Suspected Overdose
Jesse Jane, who was 43, along with her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller was found to be deceased by local police authority on Wednesday, January 24 according to a report by TMZ. The pair was found in possession of narcotics and chances are both of them overdosed resulting in their death. The call to authorities was made by Brett’s employer as he hadn’t shown up for work the last few days. It is unclear how long the two were dead or the exact reason for their death. A clearer answer can be provided after an autopsy and the investigation which are currently ongoing.
Jane had a highly successful career in the adult performance industry. She starred in the highest-budget adult movie of all time ‘Pirates‘ and its sequel ‘Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge‘ both of which were millions of dollars worth of production. She was notably perhaps the only adult performer who passed into the mainstream entertainment industry with an appearance in the 2004 reboot of ‘Starsky and Hutch‘, as well as an episode of the HBO series ‘Entourage‘ and an Adam Sandler-produced 2011 movie ‘Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star’. She has also hosted award shows like the AVN Awards a number of times.

The Adult Industry Mourns Jesse Jane’s Loss
Adult performers and veterans of the industry have taken to social media to express their condolences towards Jesse. “Jesse was a megastar. She was discovered at the Hawaiian Tropics contest. Even though she quickly became a p*rn sensation, it didn’t go to her head. She was as sweet as could be,” Alana Evans, president of the Adult Performance Artists Guild says. She recounts a story as she tells more about Jane, “I remember tearing the movie premiere for Pirates, I wasn’t in the cast, but she snuck me into the VIP balcony with the cast, so I could watch the movie with her up there. It was the first time any of us had seen anything like that on a big screen, and I remember how proud she was.”
Jesse Jane’s only known familial ties rest with her one son who is 24 years old. There are no obituaries in publication yet. The funeral services are most likely to be delayed as the investigations are still going on.
