Musk Has Been Taking Measures To Cut Costs At Twitter
Ever since he bought Twitter for $44 billion last year, Musk has been having a hard time managing the micro-blogging site. He has been taking steps to cut costs and generate profit.
This includes firing nearly half of its employees, not paying rent on the company’s various offices, and ending free meals for its workers. Recently, the company’s Singapore office shut down over non-payment issues.
The landlord of Twitter’s San Francisco office has already sued the company over the same issue. Several celebrities have also quit the platform after Musk took over and unbanned controversial figures like Donald Trump, Kanye West, and Andrew Tate.
