‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ is the last and final film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe this year. Not only that, but as announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, it will conclude phase 4 of MCU as well. Ever since the sudden demise of Chadwick Boseman, who shone in the role of Black Panther due to colon cancer, fans have been heartbroken.
They still have no clue regarding who will actually take up the mantle of Black Panther after Boseman. Well, Marvel also released the first emotional Wakanda Forever trailer, but that didn’t clear the doubt. But a recent plot leak surely did!

Plot Leak Reveals The New Black Panther
Recently, a Brazilian Twitter account revealed a massive plot leak of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever‘. The user has a previous history of leaking ‘Doctor Strange 2‘ plot as well. Since higher authorities have been seen taking action against the account, fans are believing that there is some truth to this. But the Redditors at MarvelStudiosSpoilers picked it up and translated it in full.
“The movie begins with a funeral scene. T’Challa will die of an illness and will have a whole moment dedicated to him, but it’s really a tribute to Chadwick Boseman,” the leak reveals.
The plot leak tells us that Shuri (Letitia Wright), the sister of Black Panther becomes extremely distraught after the death of her mother Ramonda. She then creates a synthetic Vibranium heart herb to let her access the Ancestral Plane. She also creates Vibranium suits for Riri, Okoye (Danai Gurira), Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o), Aneka (Michaela Coel), and M’Baku (Winston Duke). Then, they all band together to fight Namor.
That journey in the ancestral plain leads Shuri to meet a remorseful Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan). He trains her to take up the mantle of the Black Panther. Well, this reveals that Shuri will be the next Black Panther. But wait! There’s more.
The leak indicates that Shuri will not remain the new Black Panther. She will help Wakanda prevail over Namor. In fact, Shuri will pass the mantle to M’Baku. He will be the new king of Wakanda and the next Black Panther. Meanwhile, Shuri will focus on her tech.
The Plot Leak Revealed Some Other Key Details As Well
The Reddit translation featured the story of Lake Bell. It read, “Lake Bell plays an undercover American scientist who’s supposed to be Riri Williams’ teacher. She knows about the girl’s potential and gives advice about what Riri can do using her intelligence. Riri Williams is an MIT student prodigy who befriended Shuri while in the US and went to Wakanda. She created a device that finds Vibranium.”
The leak also featured the backstory of Namor, the legendary antihero in the movie played by Tenoch Huerta. It also shed light on why and how the interconnection between Atlanteans and Wakandans occured. “Namor was born in 1500. He’s the son of a human explorer and an indigenous princess from an indigenous society called Tialocan. He fought against the Spanish Inquisition, but his kingdom suffered greatly, which led them to hide underwater. He will be half-mutant/half-Tialocan (a people described as magical),” the post added.
It further explained, “Lake Bell’s character uses Riri’s creation to locate Vibranium and discovers it in Antarctica and the Atlantic Ocean. However, the Vibranium ends up awakening Tialocan and the explosion damages Namor’s kingdom, which was already screwed since 1500. The Vibranium explosion kills some Tialocans and Namor gets pissed off, going to Wakanda wanting them to pass over the technology to repair his kingdom, but with ulterior motives, such as destroying Spain and other countries.”
“Namora and Attuma try to capture Riri, who escapes by creating an armor made out of wrecked cars. Okoye and Nakia save Riri from the chase that goes on for most of the movie. Riri is very important to the plot. They take the girl back to Wakanda. Namor then decides to invade the country. Namor floods all of Nigeria, causing a genocide just to get to Wakanda, which is also affected by a tsunami that kills thousands, including Queen Ramonda,” it concluded.
‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’: The Post Credit Sequence
The massive plot leak did not forget to mention the hints regarding some exciting post-credit scenes especially featuring Dr. Doom. It revealed, “Dr. Doom appears at the end being the orchestrator of the Wakanda vs Tialocan war. He’s the one who hired the American scientist, who’s revealed to be Lucia Von Bardas.”
It added, “Nakia is pregnant with a boy from T’Challa and the Vibranium in Antarctica leads to a mission for Wakanda to go rescue it. Plot twist is that the Thunderbolts are also sent by the US, they are: Ghost, Yelena and John Walker.”
