What’s In Store For Scarlet Witch In The Future?
‘Doctor Strange 2’ ends with a temple falling on Scarlet witch but it’s still not clear whether she died or not. Even the ‘WandaVision‘ series ended in a cliffhanger. Now there are speculations from fans that Wanda is alive. Although nothing is clear, fans are hoping for the character to get a solo movie of her own. Not only that there are also rumors that Olsen will return for the second season of the WandaVision.
In the interview with Good Morning America, Olsen was asked about these rumors. She answered, “well, this is happening,” with a veritable shrug. Then she added, “I would love to be a part of both of those.” But also mentioned, “No one tells me anything, and I’m not even hiding a secret because I’m bad at that. I know nothing about my future.”
Elizabeth Olsen Speaks About Her Future Outside Of MCU
When Elizabeth Olsen was asked about her future outside of MCU she said that she would absolutely love to adapt James Robinson’s ‘Witches Road’. “I think fans usually have the best ideas and I genuinely don’t know where we go from here and what the limitations are of the MCU because I don’t follow what their plans are,” Olsen explained.
“I feel like the fans always know what the plans are, even when they’re not announced. And so, I don’t. I do have this image…. There are a few images in my head of, I think they’re from ‘Witches Road,’ as she’s aging and decaying, while using her power and there’s something in that, this older woman, who’s aging from her power, that I’m interested in. And I don’t really know what that means, but I kind of would love to be old.”
It is unclear whether Scarlet witch will get a solo movie or a second season of her series. But you can now witness one of the best performances of Elizabeth Olsen as ‘Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness’ is currently streaming on Disney+.
