What Happened At The Astroworld Music Festival?
There was a crowd crush that happened during the Astroworld Music Festival in November 2021. It led to the death of ten people as they were moving to the stage while Scott was performing on stage.
Although the event was supposed to continue for another day, it was canceled. Video footage from the incident revealed that Scott was performing despite that many people requested him to stop and he also saw one individual injured.
Scott eventually called security to help and continued performing for an hour encouraging everyone to get wild and crazy. There was also an ambulance that was taking out lifeless bodies and the ones who died were between 9 and 27 years old.
