“I Have No Idea”: Filmmaker Steven Spielberg Says He Hasn’t Decided His Next Movie

For the first time in a career spanning several decades, Steven Spielberg doesn’t know what project is next for him. The prolific filmmaker, nominated for ‘The Fabelmans,’ has yet to learn about his next directorial project. The 76-year-old filmmaker was given Lifetime Achievement Award at the Berlin International Film Festival this year.

Speaking at the press conference at the film festival, Steven Spielberg said of having no time to think between the back-to-back release of his ‘West Side Story‘ remake and his autobiographical drama ‘The Fabelmans’. But don’t despair, as the filmmaker is currently working on the HBO series based on a screenplay from the legendary Stanley Kubrick.
