Jeremy Clarkson Loathes Meghan Markle On A “Cellular Level”
The journalist, Jeremy Clarkson has taken up a very detrimental stance in addressing the controversies recently caused by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He started off his article by pointing out how Prince Harry is just a puppet in the hands of his wife. After making remarks about Harry, Clarkson had Meghan Markle as his target. The comments he made were abusive and vile.
He said he hated her much more than he hated Nicole Sturgeon and Rose West. The broadcaster wrote that his hate towards Markle was on a cellular level. He was “dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, ‘Shame!’ and throw lumps of excrement at her,” he said. “Everyone who’s my age thinks the same way,” the writer added. Jeremy Clarkson Draws Widespread Condemnation
Various public figures have come forward to express their disappointment in Jeremy Clarkson’s comments. “NO, Jeremy Clarkson. Not on any level, in any circumstance, is it OK to write this stuff about any woman and absolutely NO to ‘everyone who’s my age thinks the same’,” wrote presenter Carol Vorderman on his Twitter. The comedian John Bishop tweeted that the article was a “blatant appeal to incite humiliation and violence on a woman”.
Even Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter had also shared her disapproval of her father’s writing. “I want to make it very clear that I stand against everything my dad said about Meghan Markle and I remain standing in support of those who are targeted with online hatred,” she wrote in a post shared through her Instagram account. “A young Black woman opens up about her struggle with suicidal thoughts as a result of the abuse she got from the media, and this is how some men in the media react.
