The case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is still in progress with many revelations via past shreds of evidence. Johnny Depp presented his side to the court and revealed that his goal is the truth. In an old recording, Amber Heard admitted to “hitting” the actor. Yesterday, Heard’s lawyer, Ben Rottenborn produced an email that the actor wrote to Elton John calling his ex-wife an “extortionist” and a “c*nt.”
Johnny Depp Called His Wife A French Extortionist (Ex) C*nt
Johnny Depp was called for cross-examination during the trial. At the Fairfax County court in Virginia, the actor gave testimony revealing that his children, in reality, did not like Amber Heard opposite to the claim that they did not like him and he is a ‘bad father.’
In response to this, Rottenborn, the attorney representing Amber Heard, introduced an email that Johnny Depp exchanged with British musician and pop icon Elton John in 2013. Depp started the email updating about the status of Johnny’s mother suffering from cancer.
He then mentioned his ex-wife whom he dated till 2012 and had three children with. The actor expressed dissatisfaction with Paradis whom he accused of brainwashing his kids and admitting that they are ‘head over heels’ for Amber.
He wrote to Elton, “On the other side of the coin… my kids have fallen head over heels in deep love with Amber (my girl) and that pressure off my shoulders is f***ing gone!!! That is unlike the ‘French extortionist (ex c*nt) attempts to brainwash them against her… which, I’m sure is imminent.”
After reading the email for the court, Ben started his cross-examination. He said, “I read that right, didn’t I?” Depp, accepting that, replied, “You did read that very well.” Depp accepted that he was referring to Vanessa, the mother of his children. The attorney asked, “When you referred to the French extortionist and called her an ‘ex-c–t,’ you were referring to Vanessa Paradis, the mother of your children, correct?”
Johnny Depp has filed a $50 million lawsuit for defamation alleging that the Op-Ed Amber Heard wrote on facing domestic violence, was about him. Amber Heard accused Depp of domestic abuse during their 2016 divorce trial. She has also countered a lawsuit of $100 million against the actor. The trial began on 11th April 2022 in Virginia.
