LeBron James Has Demolished His Beverly Hills Mansion
LeBron James is currently trending on the internet after demolishing his mansion in Beverly Hills. Twitter has already offered glimpses of the mansion which is covered in 13,000 sq. ft. of land and it was purchased by him in 2020.
James was involved in a legal battle for getting building permissions on the land that has a pool and pool house alongside tennis courts. Before being demolished, the house had vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a screening room, a trophy room, and a breakfast courtyard with a fountain.
LeBron James is now building a new house and although detailed information about the house has not been disclosed yet, it is supposed to be the same place from where James will retire. The house was built during the 30s and Lee Phillip Bell was the original owner of the property.

Celebrity Net Worth reports LeBron James’ net worth as $600 million. He has invested a lot in properties. Following his marriage to Savannah Brinson, the entire family was residing in a house near Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. He purchased the house in 2010 and listed it for sale in 2014.
LeBron then purchased another house in LA’s Brentwood neighborhood in 2015 and sold it later in 2021. He brought another property for $23 million in Brentwood in 2017 followed by the mansion in Beverly Hills in 2020. He is the owner of a few other houses in Cleveland and the value of the house is estimated to be $9.5 million.
