Pop-star Justin Bieber became a household name after his breakthrough single ‘Baby’ in 2009. Since then, there has been no looking back for the musician! Justin gave many chartbusters over the years. He has worked tirelessly to give fans the performance of their lives with his live concerts. However, since 2019, he has been facing setbacks concerning his tours.
In December 2019, before the pandemic hit the world, the ‘Sorry’ artist announced his album ‘Justice’. Nonetheless, the tour that he decided to conduct for the album faced many hurdles due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as things were getting back to the ‘new normal’, the tour was launched, but again, fans have to wait as Justin has postponed the tour yet again!
Justin Bieber Postpones Justice Tour Due To Health Issues
The Beliebers have to wait to witness the enthralling experience of their favorite Canadian singer performing live. Bieber canceled his performance at the first pit in Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, hours before the show. On Instagram, the ‘Peaches’ singer informed the fans about the postponement.
He wrote, “Can’t believe I’m saying this. I’ve done everything to get better but my sickness is getting worse.” He added, “To all my people I love you so much and I’m gonna rest and get better.”
The doctors prescribed him to rest, so he has postponed a few shows, and the new dates will be updated soon. The singer was to perform for two nights at Scotiabank Arena. After that, he was scheduled to perform in Washington, D.C., and then Madison Square Garden, New York. Whether or not the future shows will still happen is a question.
The current ‘Justice’ tour, like the ‘Changes tour’, was slated to take place in 2020, but COVID-19 postponed the plan. As per a statement to Rolling Stone, “In light of the current public health crisis, and with the deepest concern for all those being affected, Justin Bieber will be postponing all currently scheduled 2020 dates for The Changes Tour.”
The Las Vegas shows of the ‘Justice’ tour were also canceled as J.B. tested positive for COVID-19. Both ‘Justice’ and ‘Changes’ are the Billboard 200 charting albums of the artist. They gave Billboard Hot 100 songs like Peaches and Yummy, respectively.
