Marvel Studios was already facing troubles following the Majors’ assault lawsuit, and now a Spanish star has been added to the list. Multiple Spanish news channels started reporting against Tenoch Huerta, who played Namor the Submariner in ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’.
Marvel Studios is known for hiring A-listers but currently, it is losing its reputation by taking chances on these rising stars. They definitely gain fame and fans but along comes litigation and lawsuits.

Labeled as Marvel’s Aquaman, Huerta provoked shocking ramifications following the accusation of sexual assault.

Who Accused The Marvel Actor Of Being A Sexual Predator?
Just while raising above the ladder of fame, Tenoch Huerta wrecked his reputation. Accused of alleged sexual assault by María Elena Ríos a Spanish saxophonist, Huerta is all over Spanish media outlets. He is being labeled as a sexual predator in a series of tweets by Ríos, however, Huerta and his representatives are yet to comment on the issue.

María Elena Ríos speaks up about the issue
Taking the media and internet by storm, María Elena Ríos grabbed the public’s and new channels’ attention with her tweets. On June 10, 2023, María Ríos publicly accused the raising MCU star, Tenoch Huerta of sexual assault through her tweets. Marí Ríos is a Spanish saxophonist and also a victim of acid attack.
It began on Saturday night when María Elena Ríos started by discussing a podcast called ‘El Feisbuk de la Malinche‘ which left her unpaid despite her work. Adding another tweet about her previous employer and unpaid efforts, while calling Tenoch Huerta a sexual predator who was sheltered by her employers. One of her tweets translates to, “I made it very clear to them when I left their sect that they protect the violent and s*xual PREDATOR of @TenochHuerta that they did not publish anything about me. They still went to look for me at a hypocritical ball concert to avoid scandals”.
