Sean Kingston and his mother are witnessing black clouds in their lives, but due to their wrongdoings. The singer has a long list of frauds and theft against him. Sean is best known for his No. 1 song ‘Beautiful Girls,‘ and a collaboration with Justin Bieber on ‘Eenie Meenie.’
Kingston whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson, hasn’t released music under a major label for decades. And now such allegations against the Jamaican-American singer are coming out which involve his mother as well.
Sean Kingston Faces Multiple Allegations Of Theft And Fraud
Authorities in Southern California arrested singer Sean Kingston for numerous frauds and thefts. Moreover, his arrest followed a raid at his South Florida home, where he also saw the arrest of his mother.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office reports claim that he was taken into custody in Fort Irwin, California, and will be booked in the jail of San Bernardino. A few hours later his mother Janice Turner, was also taken into custody for fraud and theft.
Robert Rosenblatt, an attorney representing Kingston, told NBC News, “We were in the process of having him return to Florida after his show,” He added, “We want him back asap so we can show this is merely a civil case and not criminal. We look forward to challenging this case in court.”
Previously Kingston also posted on his Instagram saying, “People love negative energy! I am good, and so is my mother! … My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.” The NBC news claims that Kingston has been charged for not paying for luxury items including TVs, watches, and a custom-made bed. His mother has been charged with false loan applications and bank fraud.

Past Legal Issues Of Sean Kingston
During 2021, Kingston was accused of threatening and punching music video director video producer GXDLIKE with a gun but later denied the claims. In 2020 he was charged with grand theft for jewelry that he received and never paid for.
The singer has been sued multiple times for buying things and never paying for them. Furthermore, he also got in a fight and robbed a $300,000 chain at the Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in Los Angeles, in 2016 according to TMZ.
In 2011 Kingston also crashed his watercraft in a bridge at Miami Beach. He was badly injured during the accident and a female passenger was also hurt during the act. He was rushed to the hospital and went through a undergo heart surgery.
