Twitter has been undergoing a massive upheaval since the takeover of the company by Elon Musk. Musk successfully bought the social media app in October 2022 after a very controversial takeover and wants to completely transform the app. Twitter has seen a host of changes in the last six months and Musk is leaving no stone unturned to make the app successful and better than its competitors. Twitter has seen changes such as Twitter Blue, reinstating banned accounts, a ban on live location sharing, and many more.
One such feature has raised many eyebrows around the globe. Twitter recently introduced the feature of paid verification on the app. Now, the verified check marks will only appear in front of a name if the user has paid for it. People are already upset about the feature and claims are being made that the new feature will only result in chaos and scamming by people who misuse the feature. Finally, on April 21, 2023, legacy Twitter accounts and many huge celebrities lost their verified marks. So, which celebrities lost their Blue Tick on Twitter? Let’s find out.
