However, this band, or rather a particular member of LOONA has been going around in the news recently. One of its members, Chuu, is said to have been removed from the group. Recently, LOONA saw its first world tour with months across South Korea, North America, and Europe. Chuu was reportedly missing from the tour.

Why Was Chuu Removed From K-pop Group LOONA?
Blockberry Creative is a record label in South Korea that manages the girl group LOONA. Recently, it was announced by Blockberry Creative that the company is expelling member Chuu from the band. This was announced via LOONA’s official fan café, by the parent company. The news was originally shared on November 25, 2022.
Per reports in media outlet Soompi, it was revealed that Chuu was found using violent language towards some staff of the company. She was allegedly misusing her powers and hence had to be removed immediately from the band. Following its first report, Blockberry updated a follow-up on November 28, giving a more thorough explanation.

What Was Singer Chuu’s Response To Her Termination From LOONA?
After the news was released on November 25th, there has been a lot of uproar and speculation by fans. Fans of Chuu were shocked by the news, yet there were also a lot of supporters. Chuu broke the silence on November 28, when she uploaded a note on her official Instagram page.
In the post, Chuu was seen thanking her fans for their concern and further saying that she had no idea of the recent developments. She claims of having not done anything that would upset her fans. As per The Korea Herald, she also said that she would further update fans with her statements in the future.
