Appearing on the Today show Donna was asked about her seat on game day, and she responded, “Well, you can understand that the boxes in Vegas are multimillion dollars. So, I have a feeling I’m not in a box. I have a feeling I’m in the stands.”
The rocketing prices of the game suites have already stirred some drama in the NFL world, as Christian McCaffrey’s mom said she couldn’t afford the luxury of a box. It is a very valid point that Mama Kelce also made.
Travis Kelce’s Mom Is Enjoying The Spotlight
In the same conversation, Travis Kelce’s mom shed light on the now-infamous Facebook header change. She explained that it was a spontaneous moment capturing the excitement of those present in the suite after the Chiefs’ victory against the Ravens.
“That was a picture where all of us were so excited that were in the suite, and we were so excited that we made it to the Super Bowl that we just took a shot of everybody that was there,” Donna shared. It seems the headline-grabbing move wasn’t as calculated as Swifties would have liked.

Very smoothly the NFL star redirected the focus of the question, stating, “I’m focused on getting this ring, and that’s all my mind’s focused on right now.”
