Meghan Markle may have been dropping hints about returning to acting after stepping down as a royal in 2020. Despite her non-active acting career, she is still the talk of the town. Her role in ‘Suits’ or being the bag girl in ‘Deal or No Deal’ is still relevant. But, in a recently resurfaced interview, sexual assault and grooming-accused actor and comedian Russell Brand boasted about kissing her in a film.
Russell Brand’s image has been tarnished forever. Several women have come forward and accused the comedian of rape, grooming, and sexual misconduct. Russell started his career as a host and stand-up comedian. Brand’s video dates back to 2018, just a few days before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding. He claimed that he kissed her in his 2010 film ‘Get Him to the Greek’.

In 2018, on Loose Women, Russell Brand answered the host, who asked, “Is it true that you’ve snogged Meghan Markle?” Russell said, “As a matter of fact it is. But let me say before we get carried away. She was in a film that I was in, ‘Get Him to the Greek,’ it was a good film.”
Russell Brand said that he did not recognize Meghan in the film as she “wasn’t married to a royal person.” He added, “I don’t remember the film that much, I think I planted one on her in the scene.” “I only know this because I think I saw a clip of it somewhere. Meghan Markle, there we go.” Meghan does have a credit on the IMDb page. But the Daily Star claims that the brunette that he kisses in the film is some other person and not Meghan Markle.
