King Charles ascended to the throne after the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth II last year. His coronation is slated to take place on May 6 this year. However, not all is well in his family. Apart from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Charles’ relationship with his younger brother Prince Andrew has also been deteriorating.
Ahead of the coronation ceremony, media reports have been stating that Andrew is refusing to leave his house which is worth around $37 million. The timing of this property dispute might ruin the joy and fun of Charles’ commemoration as the King next month.

Property Dispute Between King Charles And Prince Andrew
Prince Andrew is not in the mood to leave Royal Lodge in Windsor, despite his elder brother King Charles III’s multiple requests. According to a Page Six report, Andrew has been given the key to another place.
The place is none other than Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. But the disgraced royal member refuses to leave the place he has been living in since 2003. “Andrew doesn’t want to leave because the property is seen as a symbol of senior royalty, an important property in the family’s portfolio,” a source said.
They added, “But William, who is the heir to the throne, has his eye on it.” Prince William and Kate Middleton have been living in Adelaide Cottage near Andrew’s place. But they will be needing more space in the near future.
One reason why Andrew is not willing to move to Frogmore is that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were recently evicted from that place by Charles.

The Disgraced Past Of Prince Andrew
Andrew’s links with convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein came into the limelight after campaigner Virginia Giuffre decided to talk about it. In 2014, she said she was sex-trafficked to Andrew at the age of 17.
Andrew denied these allegations but around the same time, his picture with a young Giuffre surfaced on the internet. Queen Elizabeth II removed his honorary military titles and royal charitable patronages in 2022.
Since then, Andrew has been ousted by the British Royal Family but continues to enjoy living in their massive cottages. In February last year, his lawsuit with Giuffre was settled out of court.
