The Three-eyed crow is the crow that appears in the dreams of Bran Stark when he is in a coma after his fall. In the series, it is known as the three-eyed raven. In the dreams, the crow tells him that he will teach him how to fly. Bran later finds out that the crow’s third eye is full of terrible knowledge.
The crow haunts his dreams for a long time until they finally find him in a cave. They discover that it’s actually not a crow but a pale, skeletal man who says he was once a lord called Brynden.

Ser Brynden Rivers was the bastard son of King Aegon IV Targaryen and his sixth mistress. He was the younger brother of Mya and Glenys. However, he was later legitimized by his father.
Brynden Rivers aka Bloodraven is the son of Aegon IV Targaryen who himself is the grandson of Daemon Targaryen and Rhaenyra Targaryen. Hence, Daemon Targaryen and Rhaenyra Targaryen are the great-grandparents of Brynden.
