Now the once flagship show of the studio is getting pulled off from its streaming platform, HBO Max. According to an Entertainment Weekly report, ‘The Nevers’ is also getting pulled.

David Zaslav, the new CEO of WBD, has recently made some drastic changes in the company which includes laying off employees, shelving films, and canceling shows to cut cost. Removing ‘Westworld’ will save the studio’s money in residuals payment to the cast and crew. It will likely resurface on another platform very soon, probably a free and ad-supported one.
